The hotel's historic charm and lovely decor were impressive, but there were significant issues with service and organization that overshadowed my experience. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the disturbances during my stay and the lack of consideration from some staff left a sour impression. Overall, it had potential but fell short in execution.
